Who are we?
We are a group of Asian Pacific American volunteers including physicians and staffs within Kaiser Permanente Medical Care system devoted to inspire and promote Asian Pacific Heritage.

Vision
Our vision is to promote full utilization of our unique talents, skills and rich cultural base for the continued growth and success of Kaiser Permanente.

Goal
The purpose of the KP-APAN is to promote the development of all Asian Pacific staffs and physicians, thus utilize their unique cultural heritage and skills to enhance Kaiser Permanente's competitive advantage and service to the culturally diversified community.

Mission
The mission of the Kaiser Permanente Asian Pacific American Network is to attract, inspire, and support Asian Pacific Americans to achieve their full potential at all levels within the Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program ("Kaiser Permanente"), thereby enhancing their ability for shared success. KP-APAN is an organization committed to multicultural collaboration, community outreach, and service. KP-APAN believes that by sharing professional, cultural, and community experiences, KP-APAN will contribute to Kaiser Permanente's continuing leadership role in providing quality health care.
